- Monitor customer shopping behaviour and stock performance and provide valuable feedback to store manager.

- Identify and seek potential new clients and work closely with Manager to build these relationships, suggesting new ways to engage and delight.

- Provide individualised communication techniques to ensure the best customer experience and maximize selling opportunities.

- Take initiative with performing daily store operational tasks, such as keeping the shop floor wellpresented, merchandising, stock management and deliveries.

- Work collaboratively with store management and the wider team to ensure effective and collaborative working environment.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day trading of the website, driving KPIs to increase performance and accelerate eCommerce growth. Ensure you are always championing a luxury journey and identifying ways to improve and enhance the shopping experience. You will need to adopt a customer-centric approach and will collaborate across teams to improve and refine the customers journey.


What you'll be doing:

- Uploading products into the website (including image, copy uploads) and set product live. 

- Populate edits and categories, ensuring for each products tags are optimised to gain full coverage for commercial gains.  

- Write Geeky Deets descriptions on photoshoots with information from buyers and ensure all details are correct.  

- Support at all Ecommerce photoshoots and work with key stakeholders to ensure the product is optimised for selling online.

- Work with the buying team and the studio to ensure all still life products have been shot and are retouched correctly in line with the website. 

- Brief in the copywriter to create product descriptions.

- Supporting the team with Visual Merchandising, Search and Filtering across the site.

- Perform regular site checks to ensure consistency, accuracy and expected functionality, reporting any technical issues where necessary.

- Monitor site performance and customer feedback, assisting with the compiling and reporting of service KPIs with the aim of improving the overall customer experience.

- Be actively involved in SEO efforts and utilise SEO knowledge to write search engines optimised meta descriptions and tags.

- Helping with the migration of URLs from the old content to the new.

- Assist the E-commerce Manager by keeping on top of day-to-day housekeeping within the department.

About your experience:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (primarily Excel)

- Commercial experience in a retail environment preferred

- Any experience of working on a fashion or beauty website (desirable)

- Experience within an E-commerce Product Marketing, VM, Trade or Marketing role (desirable)

- Experience with Shopify or any Ecommerce Platform (desirable)

What you'll be doing:


- Manage day to day store operations ensuring all items needed to operate ecommerce fulfilment to a high standard are constantly replenished with an eye on budgets.

- Accurately manage the movement of a highvolume of stock going in and out of the business and between store and off-site locations in-season and during end of season changeovers to maximise and utilise space.

- Carry out stock takes and inventory checks during, and at the end of each season.

- Manage all stock transfers in and out of the business pertaining to the different locations on the system.

- Communicate with the PR team to fulfil all press and influencer loan and gifting requests.

- Oversee and manage concept changeovers e.g. barcoding and labelling of stock and new stock displayed on shop floor along with in season price changes.

- Manage daily duties of the Operations Assistant’s ensuring work is monitored, targets are set, and work is carried out to high accuracy standards.

- Carry out full training on necessary areas and processes for the Operations Assistants training & development.

- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment alongside other functions of the business E.g. sales team.


- Communicate regularly and effectively with the Buying team on deliveries, samples, discrepancies, faulty items & all stock related issues.

- Being the main person for all quality related issues, ensuring they are raised in a timely manner.

- Write off faulty stock from the system once approved by the Merchandise Director.

- Have a strong knowledge of brands, stock levels and when deliveries are due.

- Manage all incoming deliveries and responsible for ensuring expected inventory is received, both correct quantities and styles matching selection.

- Manage the stores role in the photoshoot process for stock and logistics to ensure exact products requested are safely packed and sent to the shoot location on time.

- Manage transport of stock to and from photoshoots with the buying team and being responsible for ensuring all stock at photoshoots is safely packed and received back correctly at store.


- Have an open and direct dialogue with both the E-commerce and Buying teams.

- Have in depth knowledge of product selection online and any digital marketing and social initiatives running.

- Manage and oversee the execution of all ecommerce orders: picking, packing and wrapping ensuring high accuracy in stock management.

- Continuous attention to detail to ensure orders are filled with exact products ordered.

- Ensure all wrapping and handling of stock is executed to exacting brand standards with a luxury point of view.

- Ensure all orders are fulfilled and processed in a timely manner and communicate any issues to the Ecommerce Manager.

- Process all refunds and exchanges in a timely manner and notify Ecommerce Manager.

- Provide reports on monthly returns for analysis with product information & customer feedback to the Merchandise Director.

- Ensure that the store Ecommerce department meets/exceeds customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness and cleanliness.

- Have strong understanding of DHL processes (labels/customs invoices).

- Communicate and solve any customs clearance issues that should arise with DHL.

- Communicate with the DHL Account Manager on all Koibird account queries.

What you’ll be doing:

- Assist in the organisation and management of the constant flow of different season products in and out of the business. Responsible for the movement of stock between the store and offsite location.

- Continuous attention to detail when picking, packaging and wrapping all ecommerce orders ensuring all are filled with exact products ordered.

- All wrapping and handling of stock to be executed to exacting brand standards with a luxury point of view. Assist in the concept change overs e.g. barcoding and labelling stock & stock floor change.

- Assist with stock takes and stock processing at the beginning and end of concepts as well as in season.

- Keeping both stock rooms tidy and organized to ensure both store and online orders can be serviced efficiently.

- Be the “go to” person in the store for all deliveries and having full awareness of where each season and brands are located.

- Have a strong understanding of the stock levels and when deliveries are due.

- Working closely with the Store Operations Manager and Buying team to ensure deliveries,
samples and any other stock movements in and out of the business are implemented successfully.

- Assist in the photoshoot process e.g. packing stock to go from store to shoot, set up stock at photo shoot, loading/unloading stock, pack up stock from photo shoot, tracking stock movement between shoot and store & supporting at the photoshoots where needed.

- Have strong understanding of DHL processes to assist the Store Operations Manager when necessary.

- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment alongside other functions of the business.
