About the Designer
The house of Versace was founded in 1978 by Gianni Versace, with his pieces becoming instantly recognisable both for their sex appeal and unexpected fabric combinations (look at Elizabeth Hurley's infamous leather strap dress). His house blended fashion and pop culture, as well as being infamous for his supermodel campaigns and runways.
