The KOI Collective is KOIBIRD's loyalty programme. Once you join you can start collecting points from placing an order. These points allow you to move up through the levels of the programme where you can access exclusive rewards.

You will automatically be enrolled into our loyalty programme when you create a new account or log in to an existing account. This means you don’t need to sign up separately to join The KOI Collective. Be sure to opt-in to our email marketing to ensure you receive updates about your KOI Collective account and rewards.

Stay up to date on your level, points and rewards in the "my account" dashboard. You will also receive email updates on your tier status and points spend, so make sure you're opted-in to email marketing.

You will earn 1 Point for every £1 spent online and in KOIBIRD stores. You will not earn points on the value of any shipping, tax, duty or associated fees.

Points allow you to graduate through the levels of The KOI Collective. The higher your level, the more rewards you will receive.

Points are confirmed after 21 days, minus the value of points for any returned items as points are only awarded on completed purchases.

Your points expire 12 months after they have been confirmed.

Your level expires 12 months from the date of your upgrade. Within this 12-month period, you have the opportunity to earn enough points to remain in the level for another year, or even move up a level. If you move up a level within that 12 months, your level expiry will be reset to 12 months from the date you entered the new level.

To receive your birthday reward, you must be opted-in to our email communications. We can only send your reward if you’ve added a valid date of birth to your account. To see if we’ve got your birthday please check your account page.

If you are in level 3 or 4 on the KOI Collective you’ll receive FREE Express Delivery on all orders. The cost of Next Day Delivery will automatically be deducted from your basket when you check out.
