WHERE TO STAY
My first time in Lake Como did not disappoint. We were there for my friend's birthday and were all staying in the stunning Mandarin Oriental hotel. If you don’t want to be in the main hotel, you can also stay in these beautiful villas with gorgeous suites overlooking the lake. Top tip: travel around by buggy! It’s perfect for some nice breeze as the weather gets quite hot at this time!
WHAT TO TRY
I would definitely recommend the spa at the Mandarin, it has so many different experiences, several sauna and steam rooms, the indoor pool has different levels of water jets and the outdoor pool looks as if it is floating on the waters of the lake.

We had all our meals at the Mandarin oriental since all the guests were staying there and there were events after events, it was so relaxing to actually not move around much and spend time in one place. We particularly loved its fine dining Italian restaurant L’Aria with its gorgeous views and terrace.

ATTENDING A PARTY
The first night of the festivities was Studio 54 themed and I knew I wanted to wear an outfit with feathers. The outfit I wore from KOIBIRD was chic, eclectic and fun to wear. It felt so comfortable yet beautiful and easy to wear. We danced to disco music all night long in the club of the hotel. I paired it up with this sparkly mini bag that was the perfect final accessory to elevate the whole look.
