You know us, we love any excuse to host a party (in which we, not some random entities, are the centre of attention). While the winter months have Christmas parties and the like, summer – whenever we’re not partying at festivals – is all about garden parties.

Of course, the outfit you wear to host a garden party is incredibly important. We suggest a dress that toes the line between being showstopping and being comfortable. After all, you’re not just there as decoration, you’ll need to serve guests and dart about too. Sunglasses won’t go amiss either, and not just to protect your eyes from the sun’s glare – we like to keep a pair handy whenever we’re chopping onions. While you might wish to be barefoot on grass, we also think shoes are another opportunity for attention-seeking, which is why we favour gold Cult Gaia platforms.
