Designer hotels and parents using psychedelics

We searched far and wide for a sustainable brand with KOI fashion credentials, and have finally found Germanier – a brand that does both. The Parisian label upcycles luxury materials such as feathers and beads, transforming them into fabulous and futuristic pieces made for a dance floor. Showing at the Strand’s 180 Studios until mid-December, Broken Spectre is award-winning artist Richard Mosse’s latest major work – and his most ambitious project to date. A result of three years spent filming in the Amazon, the immersive video installation seeks to overcome the inherent challenge in representing climate change. Go for that, stay for the artist’s large-scale photographs that have never been exhibited in the UK before.

If you’re a meat-eater and haven’t been to Macellaio RC, we have a problem. Head there for hearty food and great wine.

You may have a Louis Vuitton bag, but have you ever stayed in a Louis Vuitton hotel? Well, within the next five years, that could all be set to change. The fashion powerhouse has just announced plans to turn their HQ in Paris into a hospitality space.

Dubbed by the magazine as a “psychedelic renaissance”, the article focuses on the rising trend’s benefits and downfalls. A seriously good read.

Whatever musical genre Night Tapes ascribe to, they’ll always be dream pop in our eyes – what else are you supposed to call songs this, well, dreamy? Here’s hoping the London-based trio embark on a worldwide tour soon.

There’s no winter dressing without layering, and there’s no winter layering without outerwear – no wonder we tend to get IENKI IENKI fever around this time of year. We spoke to the Ukrainian brand’s founder to get a deeper understanding of it.
